Because our products are personalized and made-to-order, production begins shortly after an order is placed. Once production has started, orders may not be modified or canceled.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity, unauthorized payment, or inaccurate information is suspected.

3. Personalized Content

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of all information, photos, dates, names, and details submitted for personalization.

Tide Memory is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency shown on our website.

Payment must be completed before production begins.

We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on production schedules, carrier operations, customs processing, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Tide Memory is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

6. Returns and Refunds

As all products are personalized and produced specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to change of mind, incorrect selections, or personal preference.

Refunds or replacements may be provided only in cases of manufacturing defects, printing errors, shipping damage, incorrect items received, or lost packages, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, graphics, text, branding, and website content remain the property of Tide Memory and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
