Each Tide Memory product is created especially for you after your order is placed. Because every item is made-to-order, production and shipping times may vary depending on destination and seasonal demand.
Processing Time
Orders are typically prepared and produced within 1–2 business days before shipment.
During holidays, promotional events, or periods of exceptionally high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Europe: 2–5 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–15 business days
- United States: 10–30 business days
- Other destinations: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local postal services.
Please note that these delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available and sent to the email address used during checkout.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contains a production defect, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date or estimated delivery date.
We will review the situation and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
