At Tide Memory, every product is created especially for you and produced on demand after your order is placed. Because our products are custom-made and personalized, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong size, color, or variant
- Personal preference or dissatisfaction unrelated to a product defect
- Incorrect information provided during checkout
However, if your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will gladly help:
- The item is damaged upon arrival
- The product contains a manufacturing or printing defect
- You received the wrong item
- The package was lost during shipping
If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos showing the problem. After reviewing the claim, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
